Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the continental US and Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer shipping times outside of the continental US. We can not accept orders that are billed and shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, we will be shipping to Canada, the UK and the EU soon. Stay tuned! 

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes! We currently offer free shipping for ground shipping via USPS Priority Mail (5-7 business days). Additional shipping options include express ground, 2-day, and overnight.

When will my order ship?

A.P. CHEM® orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

PLEASE NOTE: if you order on the weekend, your order will not be processed until the next business. 

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. 


What is your return policy?

We proudly offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you didn’t love an A.P. CHEM® product for any reason, please reach out to and we’ll address any questions or concerns. We issue exchanges or full refunds for products returned within 30 days. While we're happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.

Refunds, Credit, and Exchanges

Returns must be received at our warehouse in order to receive a refund.

Once we have received your items, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to process. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot change the payment method for any refund. 

Discounts used on the original purchase count toward the total value you may exchange. You will only be able to apply the total amount paid from the previous order toward the cost of the exchange item or store credit. Your exchange will not be complete unless the invoice is paid in full. Once paid in full, you will receive a new order confirmation for the exchange item and you may box up and return your original purchase.
